Glad to see some parts making it to the store, but please dont stop here!

Had absolutely the same happen to me with my Saturn 4 Ultra lol I have basically a brand new machine. The only original parts are the motors and the case. It's so damn stupid that they will just straight up refuse to give you a new printer, but will absolutely send you every single part needed to build it

Does print time negatively affect print quality or printer health?

If you are printing in an environment under 90F, the printer can go the full height on a 9-12 hour print with no issues. I suspect your friend got some bad advice or something from the RGB panel days or printing in a 120F garage or something. For the S4U the highest wear is the base / burn-in layers and automatic leveling routine. Even that, don't be too concerned with. If you want to increase LCD panel life, follow the Wait time before cure (UVTools) advice presented in the linked post along with lower burn-in / bottom exposure times enabled by proper waits.

while I love it, I've had to replace the $100 screen like 4 times. I've got the Saturn 4 Ultra (not 16K) and while I love it, I've had to replace the $100 screen like 4 times in just the couple of years I've had it. Just something to keep in mind.
