Saturn 4 Ultra: Loud motor noise and "Low/Max Resin" errors in mid-air (Won't lower completely)

Hi everyone, I'm having a frustrating issue with my Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra and could really use some technical advice. I already reached out to my local distributor a few days ago, but I haven't received any reply yet, which is why I'm turning to this community for help. Recently, whenever the printer starts a motion (including the initial leveling process upon booting), the Z-axis motor makes a very loud grinding/struggling noise. Furthermore, the build plate shaft stops moving in mid-air and refuses to lower completely. It immediately triggers errors like "Low Resin" or "Resine exceeds maximum amount" and completely freezes, preventing any further operation. Has anyone encountered this specific combination of loud motor noise and phantom sensor errors?

Which printer?

while I love it, I've had to replace the $100 screen like 4 times. I've got the Saturn 4 Ultra (not 16K) and while I love it, I've had to replace the $100 screen like 4 times in just the couple of years I've had it. Just something to keep in mind.

⚠️ ELEGOO SATURN 4 ULTRA ALTERNATIVE (If you see it, you'll thank me)

The Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra is presented as a problematic printer with significant design flaws, leading to long-term reliability issues and user dissatisfaction despite initial print quality.

What do I do with the water?

Earlier this week I got my new Saturn 4 Ultra i've had a relatively good time with it. Mostly right now its just a learning curve but iI enjoy it so far. Anyway right now I have a 3 part wash that I do. First I have a "dirty Ipa bath" that i try to get a lot of any of the excess resin thats on the print. Second i put it in the wash and cure station with 99% ipa and let it run for a minimum of 12 minutes. Usually its a little longer because I just let it run while im cleaning up my area from the mess the build plate made. Then I let everything drain/drip off and Finally I put it in a tub filled with hot water while I go through the process of taking off the supports. Long story short I know how to dispose of the Ipa but what can I do with the water. I know your not supposed to put it down the drain. (I will say by the time I get to the water it usally stay really clear the whole time i'm using it) What do I do with the water I cant really reheat it and I don't want to put it down the drain. Right now I just dump it in a 5 gal bucket ut I know that won't last me long. Also is my cleaning process good am I just doing to much. Is there an easier way to take the supports off I don't have a hair dryer or heat gun available to me at the moment.
