Well I pulled the trigger last night

Just got mine from Best Buy last week as well and I am loving it compared to my old Elagoo Neptune 4 pro. I haven't had a print fail and I've never experienced such awesome bed adhesion.

Upgrading Ender vs New Neptune 4

i had the neptune 4 pro as a first printer and its ... fine. i dont regret getting it a single bit. but that printer is pretty aged by now aswell. the cheapest ones i would personally buy currently are the A1 mini, A1 normal, or elegoo centauri carbon. and i would definetly not upgrade an old ender 3, unless you want the project. its just not worth the money anymore. you will get much better and faster prints from other printers.

Is it really worth it to buy a Bambulab?

Dont know really how to start this, so i try my best how my experiences with 3d printing went thus far: I got my first printer in 2023, and elegoo neptune 4 pro. I have had nothing but trouble with it, i couldnt get the thing to print one print without fails. Even friends of mine who are rather experienced in printing couldnt help me to get it to work, and after some time i gave up on it. Today i dusted it off, tried again for half a day, and Well worked as good as back then. frustrated i turned it off, this time knowing i wouldnt turn it back on. But i really, really want to print stuff for my tabletop games and other things, but i just dont can be bothered with endless bed leveling and days spend on getting the Machine to work. I just want to "fire and forget", thats how i stumbled about the p1s from Bambu. It seems it is everything i want, but i dont want to fall in the trap of yt reviews again, and i dont want to spend hundreds of bucks for nothing again. So my honest question is: is the printer really as good as people say? Or maybe another model? I really aprreciate any advice. EDIT: thank you all so much for the amazing amount of input, i just ordered a bambu printer (finally settled on the p1s in the end) and cant wait to finally get really in the printing-hobby!
