Elegoo mars 5 ultra - issue while printing

Hi everyone, I’m having some persistent printing issues with my Elegoo Mars 5 and I’m running out of ideas. Recently my prints have been failing, so I started troubleshooting the usual things. I manually recalibrated the build plate, replaced the FEP twice, and even tried a different resin. Unfortunately the problem is still happening. What I’ve noticed is that during printing the resin seems to cure more on one side of the build plate than the other. On one side the layers look much harder and properly cured, while on the other side the layer is very thin or barely forms. Because of that, prints tend to fail or come out inconsistent across the plate. This started happening after I updated the printer firmware and also updated Chitubox, but I’m not sure if that’s related or just coincidence. Has anyone experienced something similar with the Mars 5? Could this be related to the Z-axis leveling, the screen/UV light, or something else I should check? Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Partial print failure

So I bought a Mars 5 about a week and a half ago. I was originally having build plate adhesion issues. I releveled the build plate and it printed pretty good for the most part. My last few prints leave a noticeable line in the print or supports seem to fail part way through the print. I swapped out the FEP when I leveled the bed as it had left some noticeable indents prior. The FEP doesn't seem to have any blemishes and is only about 13k layers in. I'm using Elegoo ABS like 3.0.

I'm looking to identify specific ribbon cables

Long story short I managed to break the ribbon cable for the touch screen on my elegoo mars 5 and I was wondering where I could get a replacement since on elegoos website I could only find the actual touch screen available and no info on the cables used.
