Sorry for your M7 Max experience buddy, genuinely! But in full disclosure I have made it a point to say in all Anycubic reviews, they aren't known for their quality. I;ve sen tons of people have a great experience with the M7 Max, as I genuiely did.
And it pains me when I see others, like you, haven't.

Print issues with new M7 Max
I had so many issues with my M7 Max. After three weeks of trying to get it to work, I returned it. And I've been printing for years and have had multiple printers, so I know a little bit about what I'm doing lol.
From my research, there's a couple issues that result in prints not sticking to the center of the plate. The biggest is a lot of these build plates are coming out the factory not perfectly flat. You can test out how bad yours is by taking a metal ruler and placing it's edge standing across the entire surfaces of the plate. Then hold it up to a light source and see how much light bleeds between the ruler and the plate. For mine, it wasn't terrible but there was some.
A lot of people have had success by sanding the plates down themselves, which is a simple process but takes an annoying amount of time.
The other issue that I did not get to confirm is that the LCD screen apparently sits a bit too low into the printer, this distance causing issues with print adhesion. I've seen a video of someone removing the LCD screen, and then adding thin tape around the underside perimeter of the screen so that it is elevated ever so slightly.
Another issue I realized quickly was that the provided leveling paper is too thick. Throw that out, use a regular sheet of paper. This wouldn't be a huge issue if the printer had a way to calibrate z-offset but Anycubic in their infinite wisdom decided this feature was unnecessary.
However, they thought features like resin detection and intelligent lift were necessary, yet these don't even work that well. If you have the intelligent lift turned out, I would turn it off. Just dial in your lift speed/height settings. For me, the resin detection worked once, and then failed when a bit of resin crushed into the screen and killed it.
I had some successful prints using the ACF, but it was inconsistent, and I did get failures quite often in the center. It also looked like the ACF was quickly degrading, so I switched over to PFA. I'm not sure if I put enough slack in it as I was still getting inconsistent results. I was willing to do more tests, but this is when I somehow pierced the PFA and resin leaked all over the screen. The hole was bigger than any I've ever had, and like I said the residue detection failed to catch this. Luckily these screens have a simple screen protector that are easy to replace. Not so luckily, when I attempt to continue my tests, I find the screen is dead...
This is when I said fuck it and returned it. I printed less than 8 times on this machine, half on ACF other half on PFA, mostly calibration tests. This is my second Anycubic machine I've tried and I will never get another one. The build quality of the printer itself was excellent, I loved the heating function, but other than that it was not worth it. And Anycubic continues to focus on stupid gimmicks with their new printer instead of focusing on ensuring perfect quality on the basics. I bought another Jupiter SE despite selling that same printer a couple months ago in the hopes of upgrading.

Print issues with new M7 Max
the first few plates were flawless, but after maybe the third or fourth print, I started having an issue. So I've had my new M7 Max for about a week--the first few plates were flawless, but after maybe the third or fourth print, I started having an issue with the middle and front of the plate just not adhering to the print bed and instead just getting stuck to the fep after the first few bottom layers. Here's what I've done so far: Confirmed that the resin has been calibrated Releveled the bed Confirmed optimal (30c) temperature* Tried increasing lift height (from 8mm to 10mm) and decreasing lift speed (6mm to 4mm) Changed bottom layer exposure (30s to 50s) The temperature thing is iffy at best, because although I've pre-heated before printing and confirmed that the "heat while printing" option is selected, during a print, the sides of the vat are cool to the touch. I know the heating during printing feature was added as an update, and I confirmed that I’m on the most current version of the firmware. I have a new fep on the way, but I'm wondering if there are just some idiosyncrasies with Anycubic machines or larger printers that I'm missing (all of my other machines over the past four years have been Elegoo Saturns), so any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
