Don’t Buy a Multicolor 3D Printer Until You Watch This… Anycubic Kobra X 😳

The Anycubic Kobra X is praised for making multi-color and multi-material printing accessible and efficient, performing reliably during a 72-hour continuous print test. It focuses on reducing complexity and waste, making it suitable for both new and experienced users.

best 3d printer for printing functional parts, what should I consider?

Bambu are really good machines but there is a big issue when it comes to their ecosystem.. I'd stay away for the meantime until this is resolved. Now, I own both of these printers and are awesome, not to mention their price. The Centauri carbon 2, ANYCUBIC Kobra X, ANYCUBIC S1 Max. They all bring great results to the table. They still have flaws but not huge, and can be easily fixed and avoided with proper maintenance. All are workhorse and are part of my 3d farm. 😄

AnyCubic Kobra X has only 1 downside.

The creator unboxes and assembles the Anycubic Kobra X, praising its quick setup and integrated multi-color unit. He benchmarks it against the Bambu Lab A1, concluding the Kobra X is faster, produces less waste, and offers comparable quality at a lower price. The only significant drawback noted is the manual filament loading, which is inconvenient for a print farm owner.

alternatives to Bambulab for a first time user ?

Having had the A1 mini and looked for a equivalent.  I ended up going for the Kobra X, it has a similar app and software.  The colour change is done in the head and it's similar in design, in that you can easily change nozzles quickly.  Load 4 colours of filament directly into it, but if you get the external box it can do 8.  It's simple to maintain and easy to setup, it took me about 30 mins from box to benchy.   It's has a decent size but because the filament is mounted on top of the printer it takes up less room than the A1 mini.   Print quality is great, and it just works for a beginner.   I would watch a few reviews, fauxhammer on YouTube is worth checking out for his reviews of these printers.  Hope that helps you.
